What we do not do

The controller for correspondence with rootzero is Thucy SARL, 232 rue de la Tour, 84200 Carpentras, France. For any questions, write to privacy@rootzero.eu.

• No cookies: no audience measurement, no advertising, no social networks.
• No third-party scripts: fonts, scripts and images are served from rootzero.eu.
• Nothing you enter in the tools (tokens, hashes, payloads, IP addresses) is sent anywhere: every computation happens in your browser.

Local storage

Your choice of light or dark theme is kept in your browser’s local storage (localStorage, key rz-theme). It never leaves your device. Some tools put their settings in the URL so that you can share a link: do not put secrets there.

Hosting and technical data

The site is hosted in Germany with Hetzner Online GmbH. When you visit, the server receives your IP address, the requested URL and headers sent by your browser, including the user agent, to process the request and return the page.

Whether this information is retained in technical logs depends on the server configuration. For questions about this data, write to privacy@rootzero.eu.

Contact form

When you submit it, the form sends your name, email, subject, message and, if you provide them, your organisation and deadline to our contact service. Brevo, Sendinblue SAS (France), delivers this message to our mailbox. If the service is unavailable, the site offers a summary to send with your own mail app and does not confirm sending.

We use this information only to reply and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. We keep it for as long as the exchange requires, then for at most three years without further contact.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection provided by the GDPR. Write to privacy@rootzero.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
