The scope of the engagement
- Awareness and phishing
- Workshops and campaigns are prepared for the intended audience and situations. Information, measurement and feedback arrangements are agreed with your organisation.
- Technical training
- Content is scoped to your IT teams’ existing knowledge and working practices. Exercises use an agreed environment and scope, without testing production by default.
- Cyber crisis exercises
- A scenario puts roles, communication and decisions into practice. Participants test their procedures against a simulated situation, then discuss opportunities to improve.
Prepare for our conversation
- The audience, roles and participants’ starting experience.
- Situations to practise and learning goals.
- The format, availability and technical or organisational constraints.
What we agree upfront
The programme, format and evaluation arrangements are agreed during scoping. Training or an exercise does not constitute certification. A simulation campaign requires an authorised scope and rules for handling results.
